  • 34 lb salmon, skinned
  • 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 14 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon london house hoagie hot pepper
  • 1 small leek
  • 1 ear of cooked corn

    Puree salmon in food processor until the consistency of ground beef.

    Remove corn from the cob and place in bowl Clean leek and slice it using only the white portion.

    In a small fry pan add pat of butter and tsb of oil,.Fry leek until soft.

    In the bowl with the corn add all remaining ingredients and the leek .

    Mix well form 3 to four patties.

    In a frying pan add 2 Tbs butter and 2Tbs of your choice of oil and fry until golden brown.
