  • 12 c. tomatoes, skinned and chopped
  • 1 stock celery
  • 3 large green peppers
  • 1 can diced jalapeno peppers
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. pepper
  • 3 fresh jalapenos
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 3 large onions

    Place the chopped green celery and green pepper, diced jalapenos, salt and sugar in the food processor.
