- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb. 12 oz. can (3 1/2 c.) tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 lb. pepperoni, thinly sliced
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced or 1 (3 oz.) can
- 12 oz. mostaccioli
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a large skillet, brown ground beef; remove and reserve.

2In same skillet, cook onion and garlic until crisp-tender.

3Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and tomato paste and salt.

4Add reserved beef, pepperoni and mushrooms.

5Simmer, covered, 1 hour.
