  • 1 lb breakfast sausage
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 12 lb shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 450F (225C).

    In a small mixing bowl, combine sausage, Bisquick, and cheese.

    I just use my hands and mix it like meat loaf!

    Form mixture into 1 inch balls.

    Arrange balls in a 9x13-inch baking dish.

    Bake for 10-15 minutes.
