  • 1/2 roll pork sausage
  • 1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 pie shell
  • 2/3 c. canned cream or milk

    Cook sausage and drain.

    Combine sausage, onion, cheese and flour; mix well.

    Spread in unbaked pie shell.

    Beat together eggs, cream and flour.

    Slowly pour over sausage mixture.

    Bake on baking sheet for 35 to 40 minutes at 375°.
