- 1 tsp. canola oil
- 1/4 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product (or packaged egg whites)
- 1/4 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 whole wheat pita bread round, cut in half
- 1/4 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Mild Salsa
- 1 medium apple
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water
Directions

1Heat oil in small skillet over medium-low heat.

2Place onions and peppers in skillet.

3Saute until onions wilt.

4Pour egg substitute over vegetables and scramble until cooked through.

5Add cheese; reduce heat to low and cover until cheese melts.

6Remove from pan and top with salsa.

7Fill pita with egg mixture.
