- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 large yellow pepper, chopped
- 1 cup cholesterol-free egg product (or packaged egg whites)
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Mild Salsa
- 4 whole wheat pita bread rounds, cut in half
- 4 medium apples Safeway 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
Directions

1Heat oil in small skillet over medium-low heat.

2Place onions and peppers in skillet.

3Saute until onions wilt.

4Pour egg substitute over vegetables and scramble until cooked through.

5Add cheese; reduce heat to low and cover until cheese melts.

6Remove from pan and top with salsa.

7Fill each pita with 1/4 of the egg mixture.

8Serve each person an apple for dessert.

9Serve an 8 fl oz glass of milk per person.
