  • 5 heads lettuce, shredded
  • 5 bunches green onions, chopped
  • 5 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 bunches celery, chopped
  • 4 bunches radishes, chopped
  • 20 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 3 pkg. frozen peas (10 oz.)
  • 10 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 lb. Cheddar or American cheese, grated
  • 1 c. bacon, fried crisp and crumbled or bacon bits

Directions

    Layer lettuce in bottom of full size 4-inch serving pan.

    Layer onions, celery, pepper and radishes on lettuce.

    Layer thawed peas over vegetables.

    Layer chopped eggs over peas.

    Mix mayonnaise and sugar, spread over entire pan; seal edges.

    Sprinkle cheese and bacon over mayonnaise.

    Refrigerate overnight, covered.

    Garnish with radishes before serving.
