- 4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (6 3/4 oz.) can Hormel tender chunk ham
- 14 dashes garlic salt
- 14 dashes pepper
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 loaf sheepherder's bread (not sliced)
Directions

1Cut a 5 to 6-inch circle off the top of bread.

2Pull out soft insides (save for dipping).

3Soften cream cheese.

4Combine with remaining ingredients.

5Fill shell with mixture.

6Replace top of bread.

7Cover bread with foil.

8Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 300°.

9Use fresh vegetables as well as top of bread for dipping.
