- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1 lb. small shrimp, shelled
- 1/2 c. onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. green peppers, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- few drops of Tabasco sauce
- 1 pkg. long grain and wild rice, cooked
- 1/4 c. butter
Directions

1Saute onions and green peppers in butter until tender.

2Mix all together and pour into buttered casserole dish.
