- 1 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 c. mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 c. green onions, sliced
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 6 c. milk
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- 1 c. green beans, cooked
- 1/2 c. shredded carrot
- 3 Tbsp. parsley
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
Directions

1In large saucepan, saute shrimp in butter until pink.

2Add mushrooms, onion and garlic and cook until tender.

3Add milk and heat.

4Blend in next 5 ingredients; heat and stir often.

5Serve with garnish of additional shredded cheese.
