- 24 ounces beer
- 1 each garlic cloves peeled
- 2 each bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon parsley leaves chopped
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon celery seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme dried
- 18 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 each lemon juiced
Directions

1Rinse shrimp.

2Combine remaining ingredients and boil.

3Add shrimp.

4Boil and reduce to simmer, uncovered, until done.

5Drain and serve with melted butter seasoned with lemon juice and Tabasco sauce.
