  • 2 pounds shrimp
  • 24 ounces beer
  • 1 each garlic cloves peeled
  • 2 each bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon parsley leaves chopped
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon celery seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme dried
  • 18 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 each lemon juiced

    Rinse shrimp.

    Combine remaining ingredients and boil.

    Boil and reduce to simmer, uncovered, until done.

    Drain and serve with melted butter seasoned with lemon juice and Tabasco sauce.
