- 1 lb. shrimp
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. mixed pickle spice
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 large onions
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- mayonnaise
Directions

1Place shrimp in boiling salted water. Add bay leaf, pickle spice, cayenne pepper, garlic and lemon. Boil for 10 minutes or until shells turn pink. Remove shrimp; peel and remove veins. Cool. Grind shrimp with onions. Add celery and enough mayonnaise to hold mixture together. Serve with potato chips or snack crackers.
