- 1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 2 c. cleaned, cooked shrimp
Directions

1Melt the butter in a saucepan.

2Add the onion and garlic; cook until the onion is tender.

3Add the soup, sour cream and catsup; mix well.

4Drain the mushrooms and stir into the soup mixture. Add the shrimp and heat through.

5Serve over rice.
