Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. shrimp, slightly steamed and deveined
- 3 Tbsp. diet margarine
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 c. skim milk
- 1 tsp. minced onion or fresh Vidalia onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
- 2 slices diet white bread, cubed
- 1/2 c. diet mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Melt margarine; mix in flour.

2Slowly stir in milk.

3Cook to a boil and thicken.

4Mix in onion, Worcestershire and bread cubes. Cool.

5Fold in mayo, lemon juice, salt and pepper.

6Melt in 2 tablespoons of margarine, adding chopped shrimp; toss slightly and combine.

7Put into baking shells.

8Reserve 1/2 pound of shrimp to adorn top of shells at the last 3 minutes; place on top of mixture. Lightly sprinkle with paprika.

9Bake at 450° for 7 to 10 minutes.
