  • 3 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 box elbow noodles
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp. mustard
  • 1/4 c. pickle relish
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4 eggs, boiled and chopped
  • 1 can May peas, drained
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Boil shrimp and noodles (by directions).

    Drain and put into a large bowl.

    Add all other ingredients; mix well.
