- 3 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 box elbow noodles
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. mustard
- 1/4 c. pickle relish
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 4 eggs, boiled and chopped
- 1 can May peas, drained
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Boil shrimp and noodles (by directions).

2Drain and put into a large bowl.

3Add all other ingredients; mix well.
