Name: sig's Iced Coffee
Ingredients: 1 cup good strong black coffee; 1 ice cube; 2 scoops of best vanilla icecream; 1 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional); 1 good squirt of cream from can; 1 large glass; 2 straws; 1 tsp for eating icecream and cream.; 1 pinch generous, of fresh cracked or ground cardamom

2 straws
1 tsp for eating icecream and cream.
1 pinch generous, of fresh cracked or ground cardamom

Directions

put icecube into large glass,make the coffee, chill to between hot and lukewarm.Pour over the icecube ,about 3/4 full .Add the icecream the liqieur if using and top with the cream,sprinkle with cardamom .Add the straws and a spoon and enjoy.

if you don't want to use cream from can, use whipped cream to decorate top in a pretty fashion
