  • 2 onions, cut lengthwise in half, then crosswise into thin slices
  • 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 boneless pork shoulder (3 lb./1.4 kg)
  • 1 bottle (425 mL) Bull's-Eye Bold Original Barbecue Sauce

    Place onions and garlic in slow cooker.

    Cook on LOW 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH 5 to 6 hours).
