Ingredients: 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin; 4 Tbsp. cold water; 1/2 c. sugar; 1 large can crushed pineapple and juice; 1 c. boiling water; 3 small pkg. dessert topping mix or use Cool Whip; 1 tsp. lemon juice; 1 large angel food cake, torn into 1-inch pieces; 1 can shredded coconut

1 large can crushed pineapple and juice
1 c. boiling water
3 small pkg. dessert topping mix or use Cool Whip
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 large angel food cake, torn into 1-inch pieces
1 can shredded coconut

Directions

Dissolve gelatin in cold water.

Add hot water.

Add to sugar, lemon juice and pineapple.

Chill until thickened.

Prepare 2 packages dessert topping mix according to directions on package (or use Cool Whip).

Fold into pineapple gelatin mixture.
