  • 1 cup sour cream thick
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup raisins, seedless chopped
  • 18 teaspoon salt
  • 1 each pie shell (9 inch) unbaked

    Beat eggs.

    Add sugar, beating until light.

    Whip sour cream and fold into egg mixture.

    Add raisins, nutmeg, salt and lemon juice.

    Bake @ 450F (230C) for 10 minutes.

    Reduce heat to 350F (180C) and continue baking for 20 minutes.
