- 3 cups all purpose flour
- pinch salt
- 1/4 tsp soda
- 8 oz sour cream
- 6 egg whites stiffly beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp almond extract
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar till fluffy, Add egg yolks and combine.

2Combine sour cream and soda.

3Add flour and sour cream alternately to creamed mixture. Fold in egg whites and flavoring.

4Bake in 10 inch tube or bundt pan that is greased and floured at 300 for 11/2 hours.
