- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 2 c. buttermilk
- 3/4 c. vegetable oil
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. baking soda
- 7 c. sifted all-purpose flour
Directions

1Combine yeast and water.

2Stir until yeast is completely dissolved.

3Add remaining ingredients.

4Beat until well blended. Turn out onto a well-floured board.

5Knead 10 minutes or until elastic and smooth.

6Place in a greased bowl.

7Refrigerate until needed.

8(Keeps for a week.)

9To bake, roll out, cut and place in a preheated 450° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
