  • 2 c. corn
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 to 3 tsp. sugar (depends on taste)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 2 c. scalded milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Mix corn, eggs, sugar, butter, salt and pepper.

    Put in a baking dish.

    Pour milk over corn.

    Place dish in a pan with an inch of water.

    Bake at 325° about 45 minutes or until firm. Serves 4 to 6.
