- 1 large pkg. frozen cut green beans
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Cook bacon until crispy and set aside. In the hot bacon drippings add the frozen beans, stirring to coat. Cover and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the onion and season with salt and pepper. Cover and continue to cook until beans are tender and have turned a dark green. Crumble bacon on top and serve.
