- 1 lb spaghetti
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 12 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 12 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Cook and drain spaghetti.

3While pasta is hot, stir in butter, parmesan cheese and eggs.

4Form spaghetti mixture into a crust in a 10-inch pie plate (spray plate with Pam).

5Brown ground beef, onion and garlic; drain.

6Stir in undrained tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar and oregano.

7Heat through.

8Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti crust.

9Top with beef and tomato mixture.

10Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

11Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.

12Bake 5 minutes longer.
