  • 1 1/2 qt. chicken broth
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar jalapeno Cheez Whiz
  • 1/2 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 chicken fryer, boiled, boned and cut into bite size pieces
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 large bag regular flavored Doritos chips, crushed

Directions

    Mix the first 4 ingredients over a low fire until blended.

    In a 3 or 4-quart baking dish, put down a layer of chips and top with chicken.

    Sprinkle with corn and cover with sauce.

    Repeat layering, using remaining ingredients, with the sauce as the final layer.

    Cook in a 350° oven for 25 minutes.

    Let sit for 15 or 20 minutes before serving.
