Spinach Balls

  • 1 lb. bag Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 3 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained
  • 1 c. grated cheese (Parmesan or Romano)
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 sticks margarine, melted
  • salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste

Directions

    Combine all ingredients.

    Shape into small balls and freeze on cookie sheet.

    Store in Ziploc bags in freezer overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
