- 2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
- 2 onions, chopped fine
- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 6 eggs, well beaten
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) melted butter
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Drain spinach well.

2Add all other ingredients.

3Shape into balls (use teaspoon).

4Bake 20 minutes at 350°.

5Makes about 100 balls.

6Can be frozen before baking.

7(Freeze on cookie sheet, then put in bag.)
