Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) boxes frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
  • 2 onions, chopped fine
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 6 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) melted butter
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

    Drain spinach well.

    Add all other ingredients.

    Shape into balls (use teaspoon).

    Bake 20 minutes at 350°.

    Makes about 100 balls.

    Can be frozen before baking.

    (Freeze on cookie sheet, then put in bag.)
