  • 2 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
  • 2 c. seasoned stuffing mix
  • 3/4 c. soft butter
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 6 eggs, well beaten
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Cook and drain spinach well.
