- 80 grams Spaghetti
- 1/2 bunch Spinach
- 2 slice Ham (or bacon or sausage)
- 1 Butter (or margarine)
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 150 ml Milk
- 1 ladle worth Pasta cooking water
- 1/2 large cube Soup stock cube
- 1 Coarsely ground pepper
Directions

1Boil the spaghetti in water with plenty of salt (not listed) for a minute less than instructed on the package.

2Wash the spinach well and cut into 4 -5 cm pieces.

3Fold the ham in half and slice into 1 cm widths.

4Put the butter in the frying pan and fry the spinach and ham.

5Turn the heat to low, coat the spinach and ham evenly with flour, and mix until it is no longer powdery.

6Stir in the milk in batches so it doesn't become lumpy.

7Add a ladle worth of the boiling pasta water and stock cube, and mix until it thickens.

8Add the boiled spaghetti and mix well (add salt if necessary).

9Transfer to a serving plate, sprinkle on some pepper, and enjoy.
