Spinach Lasagne Pinwheels

  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained well
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 tsp. oregano
  • 6 oz. lasagne noodles, cooked and drained
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Directions

    Pour half of sauce into baking dish.

    Combine spinach, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, egg and oregano; mix.

    Top each noodle with 1/4 cup spinach mixture and 3 tablespoons Mozzarella cheese; roll up. Cut each roll in half crosswise.

    Place rolls, cut side down, in sauce.

    Top with remaining sauce; sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 50 minutes.
