  • 2 pkg. spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1/2 c. cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Muenster cheese, sliced (enough to line a pie plate)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Line pie plate with Muenster cheese. Mix spinach, cottage cheese and eggs.
  3. 3
    Place spinach mixture over cheese and bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until brown on top. Cut as desired.
