Spinach Pie

- 1 box filo (phyllo) dough
- 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
- small onion, chopped
- 4 boxes frozen chopped spinach
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 lb. Feta cheese
- butter, melted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Thaw spinach and squeeze out all the water from spinach.

3Add all ingredients except butter.

4Open box of filo dough.

5Place one sheet at a time on a cookie sheet.

6Use approximately 8 to 10 sheets for bottom layer, then spread all ingredients.

7Place another 8 to 10 layers of filo dough on top, buttering each sheet.

8Place in refrigerator for about 10 minutes until butter hardens.

9Cut the pie, then cook it for about 1/2 hour.

10You can also freeze the pie once it is cooked!
