- 1 bay leaf
- 3 cups water
- 1 1/2 tsp honey
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 2 Tblsp curry powder

- 1 tsp ground coriander

Directions

1Bring 1st 4 ingredients to a boil.

2Cook, partially covered over low heat until split peas are soft (appr. 30 min.). Skim off foam.
