- 1 (16 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 c. yellow cornmeal
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 can chopped green chilies (mild)
Directions

1Mix everything together except the chilies and cheese.

2Pour 1/2 of batter into greased 2-quart baking dish.

3Spread with chilies and cheese.

4Pour remaining batter on top.

5Bake at 375° for about 45 minutes.

6Serve warm.
