- 1 pt. cornmeal meal (1 c.)
- 1 qt. boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Add boiling water to corn meal, along with margarine.

2Stir until meal is well moistened and margarine is melted and mixture is smooth.

3Add salt and sugar.

4Allow to cool.

5Add well beaten eggs.

6Pour into hot, well-greased baking dish (1 1/2-quart). Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes or until firm.
