Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. squash or 2 cans
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 pkg. stuffing mix
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 small jar pimentos

Directions

    Cook squash in salt water; drain and mash.

    Add margarine while squash is still hot, then add rest of ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into baking dish.

    Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
