Squash Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 c. squash
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 c. evaporated milk
  • 4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions

    Steam or cook squash in a little water until done; drain and mash.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Pour into greased baking dish and bake at 375° for 40 minutes.
