  • 1/2 pkg. herb Pepperidge Farm dressing
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 c. cooked yellow squash
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Cook squash until done, then drain.

    Mix stuffing and melted butter together.

    Add squash, sour cream, soup, salt and cheese together.

    Mix well.

    In a 9 x 12-inch pan, layer bottom of pan with stuffing mix.

    Pour squash mixture over stuffing, then put rest of stuffing mix on top of this.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
