- 2 lb. squash, sliced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb stuffing mix
- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. pimento
Directions

1Cook squash and onion in salt water; drain.

2Season with pepper, margarine and 1/2 of stuffing mix.

3Add soup, sour cream and pimento.

4Top with remaining stuffing mix.

5Bake in a casserole dish for 25 minutes at 350°.
