  • 2 to 3 lb. yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook squash, onion and carrot.
