- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 (6 to 8 oz.) stuffing mix
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen butternut squash
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 grated carrots
- 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
Directions

1Cook squash according to directions.

2Melt margarine and add stuffing mix.

3Mix well.

4Line bottom of 8-inch square baking dish with mixture, reserving 1/3 cup for topping.

5Mix remaining ingredients and pour into baking dish.

6Sprinkle reserved topping over top.

7Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
