  • 1 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 small pkg. cornbread dressing (Pepperidge Farm)
  • 2 lb. squash, cooked and drained
  • 1 small jar pimentos
  • 1 small can water chestnuts, cut up
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 can cream of celery soup

Directions

    Mix together 1 stick margarine and cornbread dressing.

    In a 2-quart casserole dish, line bottom with 2/3 of stuffing mix.

    Add squash mixture.

    Put rest of dressing mixture on top.

    Cook at 350° for 30 minutes.
