- 1 lb. yellow squash, cut into 1/4-inch slices
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1/2 c. potato chips, crushed
Directions

1Heat oil in skillet.

2Add squash and saute for 5 minutes or until tender.

3Remove from heat and set aside.

4Combine all ingredients, except potato chips and mix well.

5Pour over squash. Pour mixture into greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.

6Top with crushed potato chips.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
