- 2 c. thinly sliced onions
- 4 bell peppers, thinly sliced
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. celery seed
- 2 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 3 c. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. salt
Directions

1Combine squash, onions and peppers.

3Let stand 1 hour; drain off liquid.

4Mix in saucepan the remaining ingredients; bring to a hard boil.
