- 2 c. yellow squash
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. granulated sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt (scant)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
Directions

1Cook squash and drain well. Blend in blender until smooth. Set aside.

2Beat eggs slightly.

3Combine with other ingredients, including squash.

4Mix well and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes.

5Reduce heat to 350° and bake another 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
