Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh squid
  • 1/2 head garlic, minced
  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. squid broth
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 6 tomatoes, chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. Accent

Directions

    Boil squid in garlic, vinegar, water and salt. When tender, take out squid and remove membrane, eyes and stomach.

    Set 1/2 cup broth aside.

    Cut squid into 1-inch pieces. Set aside.
