- 1/2 teaspoon salt

- 7/8 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup flour
- 6 tablespoons milk
- powdered sugar
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

2In a bowl, mix the egg, oil, baking soda, baking powder, coffee, salt, and vanilla.

3Add the sugar and cocoa powder and mix well. Add the flour and milk in small separate batches, and mix well, creating a thin batter.

4Pour batter into lined or lightly oiled and floured muffin pans. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 20 minutes.

5Serve warm or at room temperature. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
