  • 1 cup prepared GOOD SEASONS Italian Dressing Mix
  • 2 tsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 beef sirloin steak (1 lb.), 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick Whole Foods 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
  • 8 cups torn spinach
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 large tomato, cut into wedges Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
  • 1/2 cup thin red onion rings

Directions

    Mix dressing and Worcestershire sauce.

    Pour 1/2 cup of the dressing mixture over steak in shallow dish; cover.

    Refrigerate at least 1 hour to marinate.

    Drain steak; discard marinade.

    Preheat greased grill to medium heat.

    Grill steak, 5 to 6 min.

    on each side or until desired doneness (medium 160F).

    Cut steak across grain into thin slices.

    Toss spinach, mushrooms, tomato and onion with remaining 1/2 cup dressing mixture.
