- 1 as much (to taste) Fresh parsley
Directions

1Wash the parsley and dry really well.

2Put it back in the bag it came in and leave in the freezer for one night.

3When it is frozen...just take the bag...and massage it.

4When it has broken up enough to your liking, place it all in a sterilised container and return to the freezer...

5The colour should still be bright after 3 months.

6Just take it out when you want to use it, and put it back in the freezer...

7If you don't like the stems, just discard them.
